Manic Monday!

So today has been terribly delightfully busy!
My hubby's new hours puts him home from the time we wake up until he leaves for work around 1:30 in the afternoon.  So today I spent the morning making him breakfast in bed and then I made a chalkboard for a changeable "Dear Santa List".  I even got extra good wifey points and made Andrew's dinner to take to work tonight and in true domestic fashion I added a handwritten note sending him love on his way.  He wont get home until around midnight tonight and these hours can be very difficult, but I'm trying to make the most of our situation.
God has truly blessed us by providing Andrew this opportunity in a career field he loves and has over 7 years experience. I just wish the hours were a little closer to a 9-5 regular schedule, so we could resume dinners together and go back to date nights every now and then.
We make the most of his days off and yesterday we had quite a FABULOUS day!  Nothing too crazy, jsut spent the entire day, just the two of us...no interruptions, no work, no school, no body else :)  The sweetest thing my husband can do is shower me with attention.  Call me an attention whore.  Call me needy, but I literally cannot get enough of his attention.  He is my best friend!

Ok, I've been talking enough, here are some pictures and some accountability for those of you keeping track!

My chalkboard "Dear Santa" list.  I like it, what do yall think?

not much change, but at least I am LOSING not gaining.  Silver lining right?

Love and low calories,
